Custom Parts
Sawing drilling , and flaming cutting parts to your specification is not a problem at MetKit.

Sawing
We offer sawing of steel parts up to 9x16” cross sectional area to your specifications. We receive shipments daily from some of the largest steel distributors on the east coast, so obtaining your material is no problem.

No hand cut parts!

Drilling
Our radial drills have the capability of drilling holes up to 4.5” diameter. Our largest drill has a throat depth up to 48 inches. (We can drill to the center of an 8 ft part.)

Flame cutting
Whether you need one part or 1000, our unique cutting capability can supply just what you need to your specifications. We typically work in material thickness of 3/16 to 1” but can handle any material thickness up to 14”. Click Here to See Some examples!

Other Metal working
We can also quote custom lathe, CNC mill work, welding and other specialty processes including plating, heat-treating, painting etc.

We even supply excellent castings.
